Due to the perishable nature of our handmade treats, we cannot accept physical returns; however, we are committed to ensuring you enjoy every bite. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon arrival, please check your box for any signs of transit damage or missing items to ensure everything is up to our quality standards.
- 2.Document the Issue
Take clear photographs of the packaging and the products in question to help our bakery team investigate the cause of the problem.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the photos attached so we can process your claim as quickly as possible.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement batch to be baked and shipped or issue a refund to your original payment method.
